Sessions include:

• 20-30 minute free initial Consultation ( face to face via Online platforms, e.g. Skype/Whatsapp)

 

• Up to 2 hour RTT session either Face to Face in Bristol or online.

• A bespoke recording that you listen to everyday at night for at least 28 days

​​

• A supportive text at Day 7 and Day14 but this can vary according your needs. Support as required in between the check-ins.

​​

• A 30 minute follow up online call at Day 21.
